Shipping policy

Cleaner
Orders for cleaner placed before 3pm Sydney time are generally shipped on the same day we receive your order. If you select Direct Bank Deposit as the payment option your order will be shipped as soon as your payment arrives in our bank account.

Allow 1 to 2 business days for delivery by TNT. Delivery by Australia Post Express is generally on the next business day following your order. See the Australia Post website for more information about Next Day Delivery to your address.

Spare Parts
Orders for spare parts are generally shipped on the same day that we receive your order so long as we receive your order in time to have them safely packed and ready for dispatch by 3pm Sydney time. If you select Direct Bank Deposit as the payment option your order will be shipped as soon as your payment arrives in our back account.

If you require an urgent delivery or suspect your delivery has been delayed or gone missing, please call our office on (02) 9666 5126.
